Practice Dates & Times
Practices for the Fall 2026 term are:
Wednesdays: 7:30 - 9:30 pm
Fridays from 7:00 - 9:30 pm.
The first practice of the F26 Term will be Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
Please note the first Friday of every month will be kata practice.
Is there practice during holidays and bad weather?
As we practice at a University facility, we practice as long as the University is open. That is, if the University closes operations (and buildings) due to holidays or inclement weather (think snow days in the winter), we can't practice ... the buildings are closed. As long as the buildings are open, we can practice, including Fridays of long weekends etc. We will make every effort to post expected (and unexpected) cancellation of practices. Notices will be on Whatsapp, email, and Facebook.
As a practical note: Because we practice in the UTM facility, we suspend practices during time of final exams (December, April and August).
